Granny’s Ginger Snaps
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 ¾ cup sugar
- 1 cup dark molassas
- 2 eggs
- 4 cups flour (half can be almond flour)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp allspice
- ½ tsp clove
Steps
- Cream butter, sugar, molassas, and eggs
- Stir in by hand the rest of the ingredients
- Chill the dough!
- Roll balls in sugar
- Bake 350F 10-12 minutes
- Save in sealed container with bread and butter to keep soft
