Energy Oatmeal Bars
Ingredients
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/3 cup flaxseed meal (can be skipped)
- ½ cups rolled oats
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips (tiny ones!)
Steps
- Mix wet Ingredients
- Mix dry ingredients to wet mixture
- Fold in chocolate chips
- Squish mixture into a pan, ¼ inch flat
- Freeze until semi-hard
- Slice into pieces
- Store in the freezer in a bag
